IMI Research is the research arm of the Institut Métapsychique International, a non-profit foundation based in Paris, France. Created in 1919, the Institute has as its mission the advancement and dissemination of knowledge concerning psychic or paranormal phenomena – broadly referred to as psi.

IMI Research operates under the direction of the Foundation and carries out scientific research projects and international collaborations that seek to better understand psi and its relation to consciousness, the physical world and the human condition.
